Refunds & Returns
We've got a 90-day return policy, so you've got plenty of time to request a return once you've got your item.
To get a return, your item's gotta be in the same shape you got it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. And you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, just hit us up at service@montojoy.com. If we say yes to your return, we'll shoot you a return shipping label and tell you where to send it. Items sent back without asking first won't fly.
Once we get and check your return, we'll let you know if you're getting your money back. If you are, it'll go right back where it came from, though it might take your bank or card company a bit to process it (like 1-2 workdays).
Custom stuff:
Customized things are just for you and can't be resold. If you want to cancel, give us a shout within 24 hours. But once we've started making your custom thing, no dice on cancellations.
Usually, no refunds on custom stuff unless:
- The packaging's wrecked.
- The thing itself is busted.
- We print it wrong.
- We take too long to get it to you.
- The post office says it never showed up.
- There's something wrong with it that stops you from using it right.
- You ask for a refund within 90 days.
